 ⌓ What type of ingredients do you use for your candles?
Here at Oasis Studio, we strive for luxury to meet sustainability. Which is why we use a custom blend of coconut and soy wax. All vegan. For our wicks, we use zinc wicks. The zinc core’s jacket design is 100% all-natural and maintains unmatched rigidity in the molten wax pool.  Zinc core wicks are cotton braids with an inner zinc core (no lead alloys). And our fragrances are clean. No toxins, phthalates, or harsh additives, ever. All of our ingredients are locally sourced here in the USA.

 ⌓ Should I let the melt pool reach the edge of the jar on the first burn?

It’s okay if it does, but we advise you not to. In order to keep your candle burning smoothly and safely, we always advise not to with our wax blend. We use coconut soy, which is a very soft wax that burns a lot smoother. Do not be concerned if there is wax residue on the jar after the first couple of burns. As the jar gets hotter, it’ll melt right down, making your candle last longer!

 ⌓ What is the candle burn time?
If you are properly following the ‘candle care guide’ in your package,

13 oz: 60-65 hours

8oz: 45-50 hours.

It’s very important to trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before each use and not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

⌓ Why is it important to trim the wick and keep burn time under 4 hours each time?
It’s a fire hazard. You don’t want excess smoke or soot. If you notice you have a large flame and soot, just trim your wick and re light.

⌓ Why is there still wax on the edges of the jar?

Again, don’t be worried if there is wax buildup on the inside of the jar for the first 1-2 burns. Once the jar gets hotter, it’ll melt down. This is to ensure the candle doesn’t burn too hot further down in the jar. The melted wax gives off the beautiful aroma.

 ⌓ How long does it take for my order to ship?
We try our very hardest to get all orders out within 3-5 days. If you place an order on the weekend, your package will be processed the following business week.
